 Italian dining in a casual relaxed affair with only a few set rules. Chef Fabrizio and the professional team around him make you feel welcome at his place. Fabrizio holds several degrees of Culinary schools in Italy worked over many years in 5 stars hotels in Asia. He joined 2004 the team of the Italia Restaurant & Bar in Bacolod and is in charge of the Branch in Dumaguete.
Chef Fabrizio: “We take pride in our home style Italian recipes and the fact that all the sauce, pasta, meat, fish and desserts recipes have been forwarded and refined through generations.”
All fresh pasta is home made with the original recipes, that give the unique taste to the delightful dishes of the Restaurant Italia. All produced exclusively in Italia’s own kitchen. Only natural ingredients, including the best imported semolina flour, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a variety of the world’s finest natural herbs, imported pasta, and cheese from Italy are used to prepare the dishes.
Italia’s Pizza is the typical Italian pizza thin crust, as the tradition want 13” diameter, baked in a traditional fire wood oven. The fresh bread is baked daily in Italia’s own bakery with no artificial preservatives.
Meat-lovers will enjoy the US Black Angus steaks or the lamb rack. The seafood menu includes grilled salmon and Seafood Paella.
Italia has a wide selection of red and white wine from all over Italy. The Bar offers a good variety of fine spirits including Italy’s very own Lemonchello. The beer is served in cold glasses. Don't forget to have a look into the Deli and take home some imported ham, sausages and cheese.
All the dishes are also for Take-out. Italia can accommodate 50 guests and accepts reservations for all kind of events like family reunions, business meetings or graduation parties.
