Hi all,
As most are already aware, if entering the Philippines with a Filipino or dual citizenship spouse, one could avail upon request of a Balikbayan privilege visa valid for 12 months.
My question is…if the Filipino spouse leaves the country earlier, could the other stay in the Philippines (up to 12 months) and leave at a later date?
Thanks for your input!

just want to ask about the validity because I am confused about it. It read here in the forum the ECC is valid for 30 days but how? Its depending on your flight out of the PH? If I will fly on 1st Dec, how it will be valid for 30 days, could I fly also on the 29th Dec?

I just need a ECC A (saying here since more the 2 years) and researching about it.
