My question is…if the Filipino spouse leaves the country earlier, could the other stay in the Philippines (up to 12 months) and leave at a later date?

just want to ask about the validity because I am confused about it. It read here in the forum the ECC is valid for 30 days but how? Its depending on your flight out of the PH? If I will fly on 1st Dec, how it will be valid for 30 days, could I fly also on the 29th Dec?

I just need a ECC A (saying here since more the 2 years) and researching about it.

My partner pass all the qualifications. 63 yes old ,10 yrs in service as Navy , pension is 1000 + . No criminal records. The only question and make him so worried he was honorable discharged with disability. He got depression. Will he still qualify for SSRV Courtesy Visa!?
