Cinema 2 + 3 are actually stereo sounds. Cinema 1 features a decent dolby surround now. It is also 20 pesos more expensive than 2 + 3 because of that.

Iron Man 2 runs in 1 and 3 right now. So maybe you experienced different sounds in different rooms

OMG, at what, 100 pesos to go see a new release at a movie theatre? You can't even buy popcorn for that anywhere else in the world.... Just enjoy it! I wouldn't care if they gave me headphones. LOL

well, I am pretty sure that 100 peso is enough for over 75% of the world population to buy popcorn in a movie theater.

Most families here would be happy to have 100 peso per head, so I would say for most people in Negros it is quite some money...

100 peso and quality of theatre

I have been to the movies at Robinson 2x now and I must say that at the price of 100 peso and the quality of the the theatre, it is a bargain. Maybe as I was suggested that it is quite some money in Negros, comparatively I see a lot of alcohlol consumption here by both Philippino and foreigners alike. The global cost of the movies admission is a wide gap and the cost of beer is not. So instead of spending 120peso for 2 Liter bottles of beer in an hour, go to the movies for 2 hours and spend less. You are getting a real bargain, comparatively. And, you wont be disappointed, sound system is kickin'.

I can say i have enjoyed the experience a number of times, even with the security gaurd checking for camcords. The only thing missing for me was the choc top (aussie ice cream with choclate Topping). I will be going back as i can take the whole family for the same price as 1 ticket in Oz
