    Well I can say that I have witnessed the Florida waters get overpopulated and massive build up also decimating mangroves and other pristine shallow water marine breeding areas. The waters of Terra Ceia and Tampa Bay used to be in much better shape.

    One thing a lot of charter captains do here (Longboat Key, Bradenton beach, Holmes beach and Anna Maria Island) locally is to build their own private reefs for their customers.
