    I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. Considering how desperate people are for money, some may find ways to kill any dog they can find to bank the pesos..

    There’s children being tied down...during an excruciating death...from rabies. Stray dogs bit these children....some are toddlers.

    I honestly cannot imagine why anyone would feed and comfort stray dogs. Making them stronger...more reproductive.

    We aren't talking about dogs that are owned. We are taking about stray dogs. These types of dogs do not benefit society. Feral dogs spread diseases, put humans in danger and harm native wild species. The feral dog population must be controlled. Unfortunately that means putting them down. A bullet to the head is the cheapest, most humane and most efficient way of doing this.

    Human lives are worth more than that of a dog. That is the world and society we live in.

    Oh well. If you can't keep accountability of your dog and be a responsible dog owner you shouldn't have one.

    No, you want nothing but pink mist after a headshot to avoid suffering. Instant lights off.

    I think that this is mostly the reality we currently live in.
    (Except for the voting part of course, which in my opinion is a shame considering some of the muppets voted in at election time by people here.)

    Ok...let the stray dogs..flourish, feed them...nourish them...care for them...let them run wild on the streets....let the children play with them....let them in your house when it rains...let them...roam near the schools...let them play on the school grounds. Let them in the Robinson’s...in the resorts..the swimming pools.

    Emancipate them...give them citizenship...let them vote....they would never bite us...we will live in harmony.....Rabies...will perish...because of our kindness.

    Its the same with most laws here,they spend years passing these things with copious amounts of money wasted doing so training people and zero is done. Alot of it boils down to laziness im sure. Or lets wait till tomorrow lol.
    Then when something does happen theres outrage why nowt has been done. It will never change.
