I haven't seen the freezer packs you seek, but you could take some plastic water bottles and freeze them.
If you add a bunch of salt to the water you can have something similar to the ice packs.

hi pat... as show pony suggested, i use small frozen drink bottles of water (aprox 500ml for my cooler. the bottles live in a basket in my freezer which can easily be transferred to the cooler. the cooler has a couple of horizontal dividers for making cooling zones and you also need to keep things like leafy green veggies away from the ice of they will burn.
the cooler dividers are made from the rolled white foil faced building insulation and i have some extra pieces i can pass on to you.
the ice bottles also help to maintain freezer temps during brown-outs.- Like x 2
