Naturally, the Philippines does not have a large manufacturing sector. The only quality local made products you will realistically be able to find is fruit, circuit boards and some ATM machines.

The Philippines could have a thriving compost export industry if they exported all their compost instead of allowing their citizens to let it go up in smoke. Instead, they create yet more laws that they cannot follow.

Your post count says this is your first post so I/we don't know much about you. Your location says you are in Laguna. There is a restaurant with that name in Dumaguete. Do you live there or do you live in the province of Laguna, near Manila?

Do you realize you are posting in a forum about Dumaguete on Negros Oriental? No one here is likely to know what the bylaws are in Laguna, Luzon.

But as previously suggested, ask your barangay captain about what laws are enforced in your area and who to report this to.
