Yes. You`re right ! I found a house in Sibulan. 200sqmtr living area, 400 sqmtr yard. It looks very good in nice condition (web). In january i visited the spot and.......The house was located 10mtr away from the northroad between Dumaguete & Amlan. Perfect house with a dumb location.
I have many interests and equipment. Added to this a 20" Container with furniture. Current i life in a house with 200sqmtr living area (Germany - Near Baumholder).
I hope to find the right object.

My wife saw yesterday a new house for us for just 500k PHP. But she did not read the description well. As I told her that the house have the size of only 22 sqm and the lot around 35 sqm she responded that this is a bird house.

I'm married too but a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house around 80 to 100 sqm will be enough.

There is a possible object for you found on olx. 200+ sqm houses are not so cheap. Many are even being overpriced a lot. Quite interesting that houses and lots seems to be cheaper in eastern Germany than in the Philippines.

This house looks good but i`m not interested to buy a house. I´m in search for rent. My wife & me are don`t know what`s up in the future. Maybe we leave the Philippines and the life goes on in ....Kiwiland or Paraguay. We dont know.
A good friend of mine is the owner from a residence in Zamboanguita. He build houses on his lot with , 90-100 sqmtr, for around 27.000 USD. Perfect houses in western lifestyle. The overdosed prices from the pinioys are really cheeky in noisy areas without Internet and not flood free etc.
Our monthly budget for house should not top 28tsd php/month and in my opinion is this much money for rent.
