Properly cooked eggs are, oddly enough, a hard thing to find in the Philippines. Seems there is only one style in the Philippines......."cooked". Emailing this to my gf so she can practice.
I watched the video and did not see this, so if I missed it I apologize for repeating it. If you have both boiled and fresh eggs in the refrigerator and they are not marked, no problem. You cannot spin the fresh eggs on the counter but you can spin the boiled. My gf boils eggs and puts them back in the carton with the fresh. I really liked the tip in the video of how to tell the freshness of the eggs.
