Manila - Two Americans had booked a grab taxi and brought a large box from their apartment in the district of Highway Hills in Mandaluyong City on Sunday at 1:53. - The grab driver says that the two Americans wanted to go to a mall in the Ermita district of Manila, on the way they asked him to drive in the Baseco compound in Tondo district in Manila and threw the box into the Pasig River. After the Americans were in Ermita, the grab driver informed the police. In the box was found the tape-wrapped body of 23-year-old American Tomi Michelle Masters. The two Americans were then arrested near the Ermita mall, identified as Troy Woody Jr. (21) and Mir Islam (22).

They should have gift wrapped it and left it on someone's door step. They would have been less suspicious.
This is why they want to do psychological checks on foreigners coming in. They already have a rule saying "idiots" (or some similar wording) can't enter....perhaps they should just start enforcing that.
Then they will eliminate the idiots who might, for example, let a taxi driver know they are doing something suspicious or burgle a house and part eat an apple, thus leaving their DNA behind. Instead only intelligent criminals will enter and so are less likely to be caught. In conclusion - do the psychological testing but allow only the idiots in.
The thing is ; if tell a genius "you are a genius" he is proud. If you tell an idiot "you're stupid" he is mad (like hell)
