Need 200 to 300 sq meters located south of Dumaguete with exsiting House or just Lot at a reasonable price. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
Rob, prices in Bacong, near the hiway, have gone up to an asking price of 1k per sq mtr. If you go up about a kilometer or more up the hill in Bacong or Dauin you may find a lot for 120 sqmtr. Good hunting.
I have a friend who has decided to sell his house in Batinguel. I'm not sure what price range you are looking at, but he is willing to sell for P2.8 million. It's 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms I would guess around 150 to 180 square meters. (Have to check on that.) If you are interested I have pics somewhere and can put you in touch with him to see it if you are in Dumaguete.
