    What's involved in changing an address from just something simple like, "John Doe, Bacong Negros Oriental etc, to something more specific like John Doe, 345 National Hwy Bacong Negros Oriental etc?

    If no other homes in the area are numbered that is. Is the number derived from tax paperwork for the property...or?
