I found this house and lot on OLX. But it seems that it must have being a space anomaly there. Else how can a 560 m2 and a 280 m2 house and a deep well, a pig pen and some open space fits on a 225 m2 lot? Even a missed dot will not work. That would result in incredible narrow buildings.
Some quality craftsmanship there. I'm not sure if it is an optical illusion but that center support beam doesn't look all that straight. I'm amazed it survived that large earthquake a couple years back. (However, the house could only be a couple years old. )
Hmm... OLX, scroll down and read some more because some of their posts are like 1,500 sqm when they actually mean 1.5 hectares
Yeah. But in this case it is clear that the lot size is 15 m x 15 m is. If you mean the bar above the blue spot on the gray wall: That is just a fixture for a net. The main support is visible left of that.
