⌛ Another weapon against spammers installed

I have installed a new weapon against spammers on the message board, it appears that spambots are registering and posting porno and drug spam posts on the message board.

So in order to prevent that I have:

1. Force new users to click a link in the welcome email to activate their account.
2. new users can not post any URL / Web-address until they have posted 3 posts

I hope this will cut the last bit of spam out, if you see any spam on the messageboard, please PM me and I will take action.
