    Hi there, has anyone got any news about the Marina Spatial development? I would like to know at what stage is the construction, the approx completion date and tons of pics of the site if at all possible....much appreciated guys!

    Buyers should be aware that much of the lower floor area will not have views of the sea, but of the hotel and commercial buildings to be built in front.

    I was there a couple of days ago and there were only 3 units (all ground floor) still available in Phase 1

    They are taking deposits for phase 2 now, facing the sea but won't have any sea view because they will have the mall built in front of it, so don't get fooled again.

    It sounds a bit like living in a submarine. :wink:
    2 bedroom and 32 sqm? 32 sqm=345 sqf. I used to live in a 1 bedroom that was 600 sqf and I thought that was a tad on the small side. Maybe that's why they don't show the floor plan online. If one bedroom is as large the picture on their home page,
    Marina Spatial For Sale,
    then rest of the place must be very small.
