⌛ Apo Island Manifest Signup

Before departing from Malatapay bound to Apo island you will have to sign the Manifest so the coast guard knows who is on the banca boat. This is for your own safety

The manifest is signed the same place you book your banca from malatapay to Apo Island, right next to the coast guard building.

The prices for banca rentals to Apo Island are printed on the bulletin board right behind the head banca guy. These prices are regulated so you don't have to argue and haggle for hours un-end to get a boat to Apo Island. I wish this was the case in other places as well as I hate haggling with banca guys who think the price should go up if there are less tourists wanting to go to Apo Island
