We purchased a lot and have a plan from US that we want to build but we need a local architect to draw the plans and specs so we can get a building permit. I'm asking for your referrals if any. We do not need a builder as we will build ourselves. It is not a large house, 177 sq mtrs.
We used Oliver Sobere for designing (and building) our house in Valencia and are very happy with that. He got a small office in the mall area across the street from the new Mc Donalds. (Ever mall I think it's called.) First floor, all the way in to the right.
