    I have been there. As I recollect, they were asking P2.5 million for the 85 square meter single story model and P3.2 million for the yet-to-be erected 2-story models. I can't recall what the size will be on the 2-story models.

    derivative_guru is right

    derivative_guru is right about the two story house. I remember it because I thought is was very high. For the square footage. which is something like 52 square meters but I not sure any more. Because it is better for me to build my own at the time..:cool:
