    But the Philippines beats them by a long shot. I was paying $400 (USD!) a month for a 2mb down connection, that was constantly down because the ahole Taliban kept cutting the fiber optics line running from Kabul, when I was there.....and that was a pretty good deal considering we were paying $700 a month with the previous provider. :meh:
