harold's is only about 15 min walk, thru siliman uni, from downtown, faster in a tryke! good $ deal if you don't mind cigarette smoke from the happy travelers smoking in the designated areas. i'm told only harold has access to the published eddress and, in my experience, he doesn't answer it for reservations, questions or... so best to *call* ahead. ask for a room in the back unless you like motorcycle noise, that applies to *any* hotel in duma : ) fun place, tho... norm : ))~

i recommend Vintage Inn very good price and nice staff. I stayed there last year it was ok. Right now I tried here in Home Quest Lodge fronting portal west of Siliman University 190 fan room and unlimited wifi
