⌛ balikbayan from philippines to overseas..

I found Manila forwarders on the internet..I go to manila next week enroute to thailand,so hope to visit the balikbayan office in manila...They advertise that america allows one time privilege to ship personal household belongings to america from Manila without the normal customs hangups and they show rates similar to balikbayan coming form USA...1 800 210 1019... No ones allowed to cargo ship electronics overseas but this one time privelege personal goods deal showed no such restirctions....But most restrictions apply like firearms and drugs and so on...I hope it works out for me and any one else asking around....
