which branch of BPI is considered the main branch. I am sending american currency there for pickup and it has to be sent to the main branch. At least with my wells fargo account I can send 3000 dollars for 7 bucks not too expensive. thx for any and all info.

    Remember the exchange rate also

I recently was doing a $2,500 usd transfer here with an offered low rate of about $7 if I accepted in Pesos. The problem was the peso/USD spread resulted in another $50 usd cost to the transaction over getting dollars and going to Lee Plaza for exchange to pesos.

thx for the info my U.S. bank charges me 7 dollars to transfer a pickup. I don't need an account in the PI. but it must be in the main branch and I just pick up american dollars. Once I set up a dollar account in the PI.Wells fargo will transfer dollars to my account in the PI for free. They do that if you have a business account with wells fargo. Although I retired I just kept the account
