I was just given a form by a barangay official. He said it's an official government form and that I'm required to fill it out. It sure doesn't look official to me. Has anyone seen this before? Or is my barangay just being nosey?
I thought they had stopped doing that one when we all had to do the ARP ( Alien Registration Programme) If my memory serves me right it was a Directive of the President to find out where we all were BUT now I do remember that every household was supposed to fill in these forms on the Change over of Captains to get the Barangay books in order, Can't really advise what you should do but if it worries you that much, take a trip to the Barangay Hall and enquire as it may just be a Mini Census
There will be a PRA (SRRV) update meeting in Dumaguete on Oct. 26 at 2:00PM. Anybody whose going might ask PRA how SRRV holders should address such issues. They don’t normally define SRRV “residents” as transients and neither are 13a “permanent residents” considered transients. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They are assuming you are guilty until you can prove you are innocent. https://www.untvweb.com/news/dilg-advises-lgus-register-foreign-nationals-residing-barangays/ Better stop pointing those cameras at the sky and staying up all night. Only reason someone would do that would be if they were on shabu.
Tell them that Article 4 of the Third Geneva Convention states that you are only required to give out your name, date of birth, rank and service number.
