I have a friend who requires a fitness/wellness site made in static or java based layout with paypal links, etc. He has a budget and will provide all text for each page. Someone just has to come up with blending pics and making it look eye catching. He is currently using a web wizard interface which he has spent hours on and it basically looks pretty bad.....
