Any serious sugestions, for a land owner, of what to do with a very nice desireable beach property lot after death??
It would be nice if this persons 'memeory' lived on while benifiting the locals whom have been good to him over the years...
Maybe to a school, barangy, church, some non-profit group ???..Miguel

Kinda hard to give the land owner any advice if he has passed away eh? My advice is to not give it away. If the landowner has any family they should be first in line. If none the property should be put up for auction by the city.

...church, hmmm like bringing water to the ocean.

depending on location and size, Diane Pool does some awesome non profit stuff in Tambobo like the Bright Lights Learning Centre. Her projects get also support by the "Australian Business Volunteers" and other groups.

Why give a "very desirable beach property" to a non profit or a for profit like a church? We have enough resorts, enough churchs, and why does a school want or need to be on the beach? Better that property to go to someone who would appreciate it as a place to live and take care of the beach and area around it. If no family then I'd go with letting the city auction it for residential use.
