Within my well landscaped 1.000 m2 garden with 16 x 4 m2 pool ,and Jacuzzi I have for rent a beautifull studio appartment . Very private indeed . FOR EITHER SHORT OR LONG STAY !!!
We are on the Road to Valancia ( 10 minutes ) and have a much cooler place them others in downtown Dumaguete , though that is 10 minutes drive away only.


Comes with bed linnen , towels , cleaning and so on.
Internet ( 1 MB) and Skycable .

If I did not have a place in DC, I'd take this within a wink. Your place is beautiful! And the price is not just right, it's really reasonable.
