    Hello,

    I've been in Dumaguete about 6 months now, and I have some time off coming up... so I thought I'd "test the waters" of diving in the area. I'm not up for a beginner SCUBA course yet, so I'd like to start with some snorkeling. I tried the search function, but didn't see any responses that really clued me in.

    I need to buy the full kit for snorkeling somewhere around town, and I'm not sure where the right place to go is. Could you please help and make some recommendations? Thanks!

    bought a good quality set (fins mask snorkel) at the dive shop in the middle of the boulevard for 1,200 peso, or so
