The stats underlying this graphic are for the Netherlands, but there is reason to believe the situation elsewhere isn't much different.
And also, because Omicron has been circulating in the Netherlands since at least early december, and was the dominant strain by the end of that month, there is decent evidence that Omicron doesn't change the game much (with regard to hospitalization risk for the group that had a booster-shot.
Two aspects of Omicron are worrisome, it appears to hit children just as much as adults, and because many kids are still not fully vaccinated (let alone boostered) the hospitalization numbers for children don't look good at all.
In the Philippines the outlook for most kids seems a little better though, since most schools are still closed.
