Whenever I write about a typhoon, or other windy things, they don't affect most of us.

So, hopefully, this will have the same effect! But I am currently building an Ark just in case.

Tropical Depression Wilma (as in the Flintstones) is passing through on Sunday - mostly affecting the north of the island. The rate of travel keeps changing so it could be sooner than Sunday or later.

On the same day there is a brownout from 6 am to 6 pm - there is a huge list of areas affected, so assume it is most of us. I thought they might cancel the brownout due to the weather system passing through, but have not done so yet.

P.S. Not sure why a prefix is so important when the title is the informative part.
