    I went with my little ones and Rechel to the Sidlakan Village for the opening of the Buglasan Festival 2010, Dumaguete - Negros Oriental 2010.

    The lights went one with about 1 hour delay when it was already raining.

    Had a little a Chikka with out Mayor who introduced me to the 18 guys and girls from the tourist police, which is certainly an improvement here (more about that after I met their boss some-when the next days).

    The rain kept the electronic of my little camera on a weird mode most of the time, so some of the pictures might look unusual for Festival Pictures...
