    You are welcome to join me tonight for a gourmet dinner at one of my favorite California restaurants near San Diego, hope you can make it.
    Menu:
    SALAD - with fresh California products - lettuce, tomato, artichoke hearts, avocado, pine nuts, and your choice of dressing
    SOUP - Lobster bisque with Australian lobster tail, fresh tomato sauce base, and your choice of cognac
    FISH - choice of fresh salmon sashimi or Dover sole
    FIRST MAIN - Vietnamese style Coq Au Vin (chicken)
    SECOND MAIN - choice of 18 oz. Porterhouse or Rib Eye steak
    CHEESE - platter of your favorites
    COFFEE - CHOICE Seattle Best or Starbucks
    WINES - Cloudy Bay Chardonay and Sauvignon Blanc, Prisoner Zinfandel, Caymus Special Selection Cabernet
    DESSERT - Balut from Manila (just kidding), Key Lime Pie, selection of chocolates.
