    Another murder tonight,somewhere the provincial hospital! Looked like an elderly guy. What happened to the city of gentle people? More like the city of murders nowadays.

    Nah, you still have the personal grudges/people who don't think they will get justice going through the judicial system. So maybe 33/33/33....and 1 percent of people killed via random acts of violence/crime.
