I know this a dumaguete forum, but anybody know about the El Canonero diving resort in Pueta Galera, run by two Italian guys it seems. I have some acquaintances coming in from Russia and they want to stay there but they can't transfer money from Russia to bank account, not sure if they don't have credit card or what. they want to go there in Dec27, do they need to send money to hold the room? I guess they want to make sure they have a place to stay, but are unsure how to make a deposit. I generally never reserve with cash or card, but just a phone call.
