    As far as I know its p100 plus maybe 1-2 peso for the sticker

    OK just so I understand this, if u have a helmet you need a ICC sticker, but if you don't have a helmet you don't need anything because
    Filipinos can't afford helmets, they can only afford cigarettes, booze, gambeling and raising roosters for cock fighting but they're to poor to afford helmets.

    I went there around 2:15pm today with my wife's helmet (free from Honda with bike purchase but no sticker 6 mos. ago). There was a large crowd waiting their turn, I was told no more numbers today. I assume that meant no next-in-line number so I left. Anyone know what time they start out in am? Thanks
