You are visiting Silliman...I suggest that you drop by St. Paul University--the first Paulinian school in the Philippines and which recently won something like "cleanest and most beautiful school"---the campus is really beautiful.

Even if it is September 2010 (assuming the roads are improved and ready then) you won't make it with this schedule Blackgreen.
In more threads on this forum you can read questions like yours about scheduling trips to and from.
    It's a too optimistic plan.
On Sept. 9 you plan e.g. to start your breakfast at 08:00 AM, then doing a City tour, Twin lakes AND Siliman University before you check out the Hotel at 11:30 ???? Impossible !! Even not in double that time.
You must have wings or a helicopter :D and make trips many Japanese and Americans try to do: "the pics will tell me at home how nice it was".
This must be a joke or a simple typing mistake.
Only that part of your plan will already take you (nearly) a full day !
The rest of your plan COULD be possible but then you won't have a lot of time to enjoy your breakfast or lunch and get the taxi always waiting outside with running motor
