    Cruising along the road to Valencia I saw that Edelweiss had preopening. So I needed to stop and drop in for a beer or three.

    The interior is on a very high standard and the beer is cold. Other than Thommy in another thread I believe that Alex and Hans (Manager and Chef) better watch me, as I was eating half of the managers dinner and did not pay for it... hehe

    another swiiss german place?
    i like good food but we already have why not and casablanca
    enough is enough
    Dumaguete may begin to resemble pattaya soon with bratwurst and pomme frit more common than in munich

    I don't mind German/Swiss food as long they have a decent bar.

    Edelweiss looks like i has draught beer (tap beer ).

    i'd like to see the place..haven't been there..thanks for the pics rhoody..now i have a slight idea what edelweiss looks like..been to casablanca and the food is excellent!

    s there too with some friends but we just in rthe corner... and after thr free food we say to our self thanks,,, he he he for the free.. next me and my groud will visit that place to have a try... like what we had in casa blanca before... and i wish its same great food there... even free food is always good if we pay i want its best food we had.. he he he he he he
