Estate for sale

We are going to try this again, and I hope it can stay civil. Let me list the facts.

1. The property is just north of the Malatapy market
2. There is appx. 200 ft or more on the ocean, directly across from Apo
Island
3. The house will be around 3500 sq. ft or more
4. There will be an oceanside swimming pool.
5. We do not own the land, it is on a landlease.
6. The price is $75,000 USD
7. It will take appx. $45,000 USD to finish to estate status
8. Since the last posting, there has been a ton of legal work regarding
the property. It should be no problem now for a Phil. to purchase the
property, and put it in their name.
9. Understand, IT IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
10. There are things that will be replaced, finished, and fixed once the
property has been purchased, and full, ongoing construction can
resume.
11. We have 3X the asking price invested to get it to the state it is in.
12. WE WILL NOT SEND PICTURES. Too much has been done since our
last set.

14. The builder will arrange a private showing, and tell you exactly what is
going to be replaced, fixed, added, etc. Believe me, this will be quite
a place when finished.
15. As stated before, do to my duaghters health, we simply cannot move
to Duma.
16. We are keeping about 125 ft next to the property for ourselves in case
we want to build later.
17. The price of $75,000 USD represents ownership of both the land and
house.

Several people have looked at the property and mentioned problems, items of repair, etc. We know this ! As I said, these items will be corrected once the new owner starts the final build. Things such as new windows, paint, landscaping, etc. will all be done or redone.

I would appreciate ONLY serious buyers contact me. I do not want to waste the builders time showing the property to people who just want to look.
