    Feeder 1 of Pulantubig Substation has no power today around 9am due to a leaning backbone pole in Maslog, Sibulan. Cable wire from telco snagged on a moving truck and the tension caused the backbone pole to lean over.Maintenance team is currently working on restoring power.
