    Pagasa? Aren't these the people that miscalculated Undoy's path? I prefer the window for up to the minute weather reports as it changes here that fast. Last Saturday was one of those days where it was nice at the port with blue skies to the east but pouring rain in Batinguel.

    that does not work, you aint see any difference between Batinguel and Dauin. Multiple times the last 3 month I called one of the diveshops there how the weather is and got the answer sunny while it was raining all the way to Bacong. actually you can almost draw a line at Brgy San Miguel just south of Bacong between DUCOMI and the basketball-court a few 100 meters later. you also can get sunburned in Apo and soaked in Dauin and or Dumaguete. The picture below is typical for that and the clouds won't come over to Apo. Very interesting to watch when you are there on a day trip

    PAGASA is indeed the forecast mainly responsible for the wrong prediction of Undoy. Anyway we had that topic with many interesting links before:
