I tried Katz’s ovenbaked french bread pizza. For me, it is the best I’ve had ouside the U.S. Pizza sauce (same recipe he had at Garcia’s), pepperoni, onion, mushroom, tomato, jalepinos, and choice of mozza or bleu choice. Came in 8 pieces, I could barely eat 5 pieces.
If I recall correctly this is Katz at Banilad which I have seen driving past; Google Maps Also their Facebook page but this one is in Bacong so must be two Katz Restobars? Katz RestoBar
I am sure just past Banilad in the link I provided there is a Katz Restobar (pictured) I might be wrong about the name and it may have a similar name? Okay just did a Google search, one comes up for Bacong, this one comes up as Banilad;
Katz is not hard to find. Travel south from Dumaguete, St Peters Funeral Home is on the right side of the highway. Proceed south for about 300 meters. Katz is on the left with a Square yellow sign. There's a tiny lottery shop just out front.
There are 2 Katz on google maps. One changed their name when they realized Katz existed with a business License etc and then changed their name. As stated by Dave, 4kms south of Robinsons, 300m past St Peters. Big red and yellow sign....
Katz is owned by Kat Tuab of Bacong. The SacSac, Bacong Katz is the DTI name holder and Licensed under the Bacong City Office. The other one is/was in Dauin.. The Dauin "Katz" changed their name when notified of the Licensed Name Holder....
