If you’re planning to travel to the Philippines at any time of the day, here are several friendly spots in the philippines that are must-sees for any tourist.

Boracay – Do I really need to explain why you have to check out Boracay? Don’t the numbers speak for itself? Year after year, millions of tourists visit Boracay because they can’t seem to get enough of the fine white sand, the beautiful weather and the sparkling sea green beaches. It’s also more affordable than spending your summers at Hawaii or the Caribbean so if you want to enjoy a beach trip without spending much, Boracay is the place to be!

Corregidor – Take a ferry ride to one of the oldest cities of the country and get to learn a little bit about the history of the place in where friendship between the Filipinos and the Americans was forged.

Malacañang Palace – Everybody in the whole world knows about Imelda Marcos and her love for shoes. If you want to know where she once reigned as queen of the whole nation, do pay a visit to the Malacañang Palace which is still the official residence of the President of the Philippines.

Taal – Only in the Philippines would you be able to discover a lake within a volcano within a lake. You can view the beauty of this natural wonder by either climbing up structures that would allow you unlimited views of the place, taking a boat ride to get a closer look or, if you’re the daring type, maybe even climb up the volcano itself!

Davao – Take a peek at the largest eagle in the world – the Philippine monkey-eating eagle. After that, you could kick back and relax at the Pearl Farm, a world class resort offering all the luxuries one could ask for.

Baguio – If you’re feeling a bit exhausted because of the relentless tropical heat of the country, you should pay a visit to the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio – the place where it never gets irritatingly hot or humid.

It takes approximately five hours to get to Baguio from Manila so if you’re not up to a lengthy car ride, you can always take a very short plane ride to the place. If you’re going to Baguio, try to make sure that you coincide your visit with the Flower Festival.

Ongpin – The Philippines has its own Chinatown to offer tourists who are fond of all things Chinese. Ongpin is located also in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines.

This is just a small compilation of all the friendly spots in Philippines - surf around the site and find more
