⌛ From Europe to Manila for 520 Euro

Right now untill the end of April, KLM is flying from Amsterdam to Manila (R/T) for a little more than 500 Euro (incl all taxes) including some neighbouring country's, for instance Antwerp by train,
Perhaps this is not so important to most people on this forum but if you know that KLM is the only European airline flying to the Philippines, this is a "sign on the wall" that lesser Europeans are coming to the Philippines.
Flying to Thailand (Bangkok) has always been cheaper than the Philippines and is now 300 Euro more expensive than flying to Manila.
For those interested, on the website of KLM you may find a price of 525 Euro, on the website of tix.nl (only in Dutch) it is 509 Euro for a r/t ticket

Yes, you are right Jimeve, on the website of KLM it is no longer available (it was a few hours ago)
But this price is still available on KLM vluchten en vliegtickets vind je op Tix.nl!.
Look for "laagste tarieven - Azie"
You may also try to make a booking "plan uw reis" van (from) Antwerp to Manila.
write some date in Januari and return in februari and tick +/- 3d.
So you will see wich dates are available for 509 Euro.

As alternative for the website of tix.nl you may try BCD Travel: the specialist in realizing savings on your business travel budget.
The website is in English and a trip Antwerp-Manila-Antwerp cost 544 Euro -all in.
The advantage of bcdtravel is that you can add a travelinsurance (europe assistance) for just 5 Euro and that is very very cheap.

Firefly, I found the tix,nl site, EUR 509 FROM Antwerp/ Manila rtn.

KLM found the "for Wereldwijde bestemmingen" i can only make Jan/feb... EUR 690.

Just try a (fake) booking on tix.nl for the date of your choise and tick +/- 3d.
So you see what dates are the cheapest, you never know if it will fit you.

 

Just checked flights for end of January
Liverpool-Amsterdam-Manila with KLM vary between £700- £1000!
That's about 850euro-1250 euro!!!
Glad I already have my ticket with Etihad

 

As far as i can see Etihad is not flying from Liverpool, so maybe Manchester.
Besides of that Etihad is cheaper(651pound or 767 Euro own website) compared to KLM (793 Euro with ebookers)
