Greetings fellow expats. I have an international driving license, which does not include motorcycles. I realize I will need to obtain a Filipino license and I'm aware of how to do this. But I also want to get a motorcycle license added. I would appreciate any tips on the best way to do this. Is it better to get the motorcycle license added before or after I get a Filipino license. Can you recommend anyone in Dumaguete to help with adding the motorcycle license? I have experience riding motorbikes so I don't need any lessons, just want to get the license so I can ride legally. Also, do the police often check this with? And do they really care with foreigners? Appreciate your help.
