I met a couple expats at tgi fridays in cebu from dumagette. one mentioned he got mail somehow in containers from the states. I have also heard people say you can get mail first class from usa at vfw posts. But when i search i only find one post in angles city and its phone numbers and e mail address are no good. Are there any posts in dumagette? Cebu? Taglibran? i have waited 4 weeks now for a package from the states. Is there some way to get mail quicker i dont know about or understand. i get my acr card and next extension next week. will this help somehow? Thanks for the information. Ken
