    basically,i (59yrs)have asked her to leave & she (36yrs) refuses,threatened suicide once but says she will go to police/immigration.I have never,ever hit her/forced anything and all intimacy is/was consensual.i told her that "you cannot scare me/threaten me into loving you - BUT IT SCARES ME THAT THEY CAN/WILL 1) ARREST & PUT ME IN JAIL 2) DEPORT ME - 3) extort :greedy: i dont have - sorry,but I know there is somebody thats been down this road before

    You can go to the police yourself they have what we call tourist police and if property is yours or if your renting and your the one paying you can tell the police that you want her removed from the property and you need their help so you dont get accused of hurting her which can always make up stories that you did. If you need a hand with cops to help you, private message me and i'll try to help you the best way i can.

    by the way, is it your wife or a gf? Because if its a gf its easier to have her removed bur if is a wife, couldt be complicated. I suggest you go to the police station yoursrf before she does and file a blotter incase she will put up any false allegations against you.

    I'm very glad I never had to deal with one like this. All I can do is wish you the best of luck and take NS' advice and go to the police first. I had a friend who went through the same problem (although self inflicted by continuously taking the crazy girl back).

    yes,i rent/pay for my house,she is/was soon my ex gf & i live in Dauin - not Dumaguete - sorry,but I am new to this & thx NICE - her 74yr mom is coming to visit (JULY 3-9TH)family in bacoloa as soon as thats over =OUT SHE GOES

    Why wait ? You're only prolonging the agony. If you give her grace to stay until after a family visit in July, you will go through a LOT of grief between now and then, especially the nearer it gets to the date you want her to leave. Bite the bullet and fix the situation now.

    I suggest that you dont wait for it. You must file a blotter against her before she does because if she knows what your planning to do she might hurt herself and accuse you for doing it so as a precaution its better that you do it now and already have filed a complaint so if things go bad, your protected. You can do it even in dumaguete police station. They have the tourist pilice there and they can guide you all through the process. Im a filipina but i dont condone such behaviour.

    I think you should file a report and then have the police escort her out to make sure she only takes what is hers. If you have the money I would even suggest you leave town for a month or two just to be safe. This could go very badly for you, you need to take care of this with some urgency.

    I'm not sure how restraining orders work here but I think that would be something to go after as well. You REALLY need to separate yourself from crazy in this country as much as possible. For future reference, take note of any signs she gave prior acting out. If a girl in the future gives any of these signs cut all contact immediately.
