Windows: Months after announcing its plans last year, Google has started blocking Chrome extensions for Windows users that aren't installed from the Chrome Web Store. Previously installed extensions may also automatically disabled. Such a pain trying to keep malware off of that d*mn OS. If I didn't need MS Office I would never use it.
On the Linux side I have basically no problems with Chrome. On the Windows side however......well, most everything is worse on Windows. If it weren't for the d*mn MS Office requirements I have I would never use Windows again. Once Windows 10 comes out I will give it another go though. Can't possibly be as bad as 8.......
