    A high tech gym is opening on Monday. It is located on the 3rd floor of the old National Bookstore building. Monthly dues will be p1,000 and will include free lockers and showers.

    Yes there is, on the right side of Capitol building, beside the BSP building is a big public pool and they have swimming lessons also for those who want to learn.

    Does this mean You'll be going back to the gym now Pat?? Sounds like a good location too, easy access for Siliman Students too. Co-Ed gym to I'm assuming..

    John, despite my latest motorbike injuries I have been working out at Fit for Life. Many guys there will be moving over to the new gym. It is coed as well. A Swiss body builder, Christopher, is running the new gym, not sure if he is part owner with the German owner. Good aircon and high tech machines and big free weights for the big boys.

    Didn't think to take any photos, you can have a walk through the gym. A couple trainers from Fit for Life are working there and will take you through.

    There are personal trainers. Didn't take photos, have a walk through the place.
