My favorite spot to eat in Tanjay is Ati Atihan...they normally give you the small chili peppers (I used to call them boonie peppers as they are the same ones in Guam). I was given some peppers, chopped and ready for your sauce...very hot so I asked the head guy to hook me up with some of the peppers so I could get the seeds.

I was surprised that they were habaneros, come to find out he was given some seeds from a friend and planted some in the area outside of the restaurant. The peppers were still green so I am not sure if the seeds will be OK but am drying them out anyway.
