Me, I am thankful for all the cyberfriends I met here at DI. Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this forum. Thank you , The Dane and Rhoody for making this site interesting.

I echo Teacher's sentiments! This is my first Thanksgiving not smelling that big turkey in the oven, and gorging on stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes/gravy and pumpkin pie -- promptly followed by the mandatory "food coma" lasting at least three hours...

    HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!

    ~ Sue

I'll share a tune my daughter sang to us before Thanksgiving.

(sung to the tune of "have you ever seen a lassie")

    Oh I'm glad I'm not a turkey, a turkey, a turkey.
Oh I'm glad I'm not a turkey on Thanksgiving Day.

They'll Cook you and baste you and then they'll all taste you.
Oh I'm glad I'm not a turkey on Thanksgiving Day!

Looking forward t being there next year to have the lechon manok etc....
