There's a 7 story condo under construction on EJ Blanco Drive up past Elcamino restaurant.

There was also a girl in town who claimed to be an agent for a Cebu company wanting to build high rise condos..

The tallest condo in Dumaguete right now is the 6 storey Sol Y Mar at the boulevard, where Globe is located. There is the 5-storey Victoria Residential condo in front of the Capitol. I was told Camella Homes want to build condos here, and Ayala Land has called on the Mayor recently to jumpstart their intention to establish presence in the city...

Speaking of Camella Homes Dumaguete, is anyone on this forum actually living there? They claim to be at least 75% sold out and I was wondering how accurate that might be.
